Composition and amounts
The set contains two separate products, each with its own formula.
DuoVida Balance (for her), 30 tablets. 23 vitamins and minerals, including B6 2.8 mg, folic acid 300 µg, zinc 7.5 mg, selenium 100 µg, iodine 150 µg, D3 5 µg. Plus chasteberry, maca, red clover, hop and ashwagandha extracts (10 mg each).
DuoVida Vital (for him), 30 capsules. Zinc 7.5 mg, selenium 60 µg, folic acid 400 µg, B12 50 µg, vitamin C 40 mg, vitamin E 30 mg, coenzyme Q10 5 mg, L-carnitine 200 mg, L-arginine 125 mg, maca 30 mg, Korean ginseng 20 mg.

How to use
Her: 1 Balance tablet a day with food and water.
Him: 1 Vital capsule a day with food and water.
The set lasts one month for both.

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight. Balance is suitable for vegetarians, Vital also for vegans.
