Refund policy

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the product within 14 days of the day you, or a person you nominated, received the parcel, without giving a reason (Estonian Law of Obligations Act § 56).

To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to info@duovida.ee, including your order number. You may also use the standard withdrawal form. The product must be sent back to us within 14 days of your statement.

2. When a return is not possible

Food supplements are sealed goods that cannot be returned for health protection and hygiene reasons once unsealed. If the safety seal or cap has been opened, the product cannot be returned (Law of Obligations Act § 53(4)(4¹)). Unopened products in undamaged original packaging can be returned.

3. Refund

We refund the full amount paid, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement, but not before we have received the product or you have provided proof of sending it back. Refunds go to the payment method used for the purchase.

You bear the cost of returning the product, unless the product was defective or we sent the wrong item. In that case we also cover the return shipping.

4. Defective products

If a product is defective (for example damaged packaging, wrong product or an expired best-before date), contact us. We will replace the product or refund you. For defective products you have statutory rights, including the right to make a claim within two years, which this policy does not limit.

5. Cancelling a subscription

You can pause or cancel a monthly subscription at any time, free of charge, via the management link in your order confirmation email or by writing to info@duovida.ee. To avoid the next shipment being processed, do so at least 48 hours before the next billing date. Shipments already dispatched are covered by the normal 14-day right of withdrawal (sections 1–3).

6. Disputes

If we cannot reach an agreement, you have the right to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee operating under the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority.
