Delivery area and methods

We currently ship within Estonia only. Orders are delivered to a parcel locker of your choice: Smartpost, DPD or Venipak. You choose the locker at checkout.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs €2.49. Orders of €39 or more ship free. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you confirm the order.

Delivery time

We hand orders to the carrier within 1–3 working days of receiving payment. Parcels usually reach the locker within 1–3 working days after that. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates.

If a parcel is delayed for reasons outside our control (carrier operations, weather), we will let you know where possible, but we cannot rule delays out.

Tracking

Once the parcel is handed to the carrier, we email you a tracking link. When it arrives at the locker, the carrier sends you an SMS or email with the door code.

Damaged or incorrect delivery

If a product arrives damaged or the parcel does not match your order, email info@duovida.ee within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the packaging and the product. We will send a replacement or issue a refund. This does not limit your statutory rights.
