Terms of service

Overview
The online store duovida.ee is operated by LAL OÜ (registry code 17469439, Luha 28, 10131 Tallinn, Estonia, email info@duovida.ee), hereinafter “DuoVida”, “we”. The store runs on the Shopify platform.
These terms of service, together with the privacy policy, shipping policy, refund policy and cancellation policy, govern the use of the store and purchases made in it. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights under Estonian or European Union law.
1. Buyer
Orders may be placed by persons aged 18 or over. By placing an order you confirm that the details you provide (name, contact details, delivery address, payment details) are correct and complete.
2. Products
We sell food supplements. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. Read the information on the packaging before use. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a chronic condition or take medicines, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
We aim to present products as accurately as possible. Packaging may look slightly different on screen. We reserve the right to change the range and prices and to limit quantities.
3. Ordering and conclusion of the contract
By placing an order you make an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we have received payment and sent an order confirmation by email. If we cannot fulfil an order (for example the product is out of stock or there was an obvious pricing error), we will notify you and refund the payment without delay, at the latest within 14 days.
Products are intended for personal use, not for resale.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you confirm the order. The price shown at the time of ordering applies.
You can pay with the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed by the payment service provider; DuoVida does not store your card details.
5. Monthly subscription
If you choose a monthly subscription, we send the product automatically every month and charge each shipment separately. You can pause or cancel at any time. Details are in the cancellation policy.
6. Delivery
We deliver within Estonia to parcel lockers in accordance with the shipping policy. The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods passes to the consumer when the goods are handed over to the consumer or a person nominated by them.
7. Right of withdrawal and defective products
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. Sealed food supplements that have been unsealed cannot be returned for health protection and hygiene reasons. Details are in the refund policy.
If a product is defective, consumers have the right to make a claim within two years of receiving the goods. Write to info@duovida.ee; we reply within 15 days at the latest.
8. Intellectual property
The content of the store (texts, design, images, logo, product names) belongs to LAL OÜ or our partners and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Content may be used for personal purposes only. Copying, distribution and commercial use without our written permission is prohibited.
9. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with the privacy policy. As the store runs on Shopify, Shopify processes data as our processor.
10. Third-party links and tools
The store may contain links to third-party sites or use third-party tools (such as payment and delivery services). We are not responsible for their content or operation to the extent they are outside our control.
11. Prohibited use
The store may not be used for unlawful purposes, in violation of others’ rights, to submit false information, to distribute malware or to disrupt the service, including by automated means. Automated systems (agents) acting on behalf of a user must identify themselves and may not bypass security measures. We may restrict access in case of violation.
12. Liability
We are liable to consumers to the extent provided by law. We are not liable for damage resulting from use of a product contrary to the information on the packaging or from exceeding the recommended daily dose. Provisions that would limit consumers’ statutory rights do not apply to consumers.
13. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with the date of the last update. An order is governed by the terms in force at the time the order was placed.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. We aim to resolve disputes by negotiation. Consumers may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee operating under the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, or to the courts.
